1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Amara Zee website, joining our membership program, or participating in activities aboard the Amara Zee, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Non-Profit Membership & Contributions

The Amara Zee operates as a non-profit maritime heritage organization. Membership contributions ($25.00/month or $50.00/month) directly support the preservation, insurance, dockage, educational programs, and operations of the vessel.

• Contributions are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
• Monthly recurring memberships may be adjusted or canceled at any time upon written request.
• Member dinner invitations (Low Country Boil Dinners aboard the vessel) are subject to weather conditions, river navigation safety, and coast guard regulations.

3. Safety & Onboard Conduct

The Amara Zee is an active, historic sailing vessel. All guests, crew, and members visiting or sailing aboard must adhere strictly to instructions provided by the Captain and licensed crew members. Safety protocols, life-jacket requirements, and designated crew-only zones must be respected at all times.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including photography, ship line drawings, mission materials, and theatrical voyage documentation—is the property of the Amara Zee organization or licensed contributors and is protected by copyright laws.
